What is the Best Handyman Plan®?
The Best Handyman Plan® is a unique protection plan that provides you with a dedicated and experienced handyman to assist you with repairs and preventative maintenance for your space each month.
What services are included in the plan?
RESIDENTIAL PLAN Include: a 24+ point checklist, all of which is inspected and repaired, along with additional add-on items.
COMMERCIAL PLAN Include: (4) Hours of repair and maintenance services per month.
Is there a guarantee on the quality of service?
Yes, we take pride in our 5-star customer service. Our team is dedicated to providing reliable, clean, safe, and punctual service. Your satisfaction is our top priority and will receive a full refund if you’re not happy with your first visit.
What types of repairs and maintenance tasks are covered?
Our services cover a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to drywall repairs, painting, door repairs , tile repairs and general maintenance. We do not repair or service appliances.
Do I need to be present during the handyman’s visit?
It’s not necessary for you to be present during the visit. However, if you prefer to be there, we can try to accommodate your schedule.
How do I contact you if I need anything in between visits?
We’ll provide you with your own personal client portal where you can ask questions and leave notes for our team. This is super helpful if you have a team that you’re working with or multiple decision makers.
What happens after each visit?
After each visit, you will receive a detailed report outlining the tasks that were performed, along with any recommendations for further maintenance or repairs.
What if I need additional services beyond what’s covered in the plan?
If you have additional services or repairs needed beyond what’s covered in the plan, we can discuss options for customizing a solution that meets your specific needs.
How do I sign up for the Best Handyman Plan®?

Do I get assigned a specific handyman who comes every month, or is it a different person every time?
We strive to provide consistency and assign a dedicated handyman to your account. Your assigned handyman will visit your space for routine repairs. However, in some cases, due to scheduling or availability, a different qualified handyman from our team may be assigned. Rest assured, all our handymen are experienced and capable of providing top-notch service.
When it says cancel the plan anytime, how much advance notice has to be given that I wish to cancel the service?
You can cancel the Best Handyman Plan® at any time as long as we receive an email within 72 hours of your visit. Simply contact our customer service team or log in to your client portal and follow the cancellation instructions.
What is I wish to cancel my scheduled visit?
You’re more than free to cancel your monthly visit, but will not be refunded if you do so. Our team will be ready each month and if we need to cancel for any reason, we will refund the visit in full.
