- Inspect & repair any caulking around tubs, showers, counters, vanities, sinks
- Inspect & repair any missing grout in showers
- Inspect & repair shower doors for proper operation (glass not included)
- Inspect all sink traps for leaks & clogs
- Inspect appliances for leaks or movement
- Check bath vent fans for proper operation
Mechanicals:
- Inspect & repair GFCI’s
- Inspect Smoke & CO Detectors for batteries and proper operation

Exterior:
- Inspect & repair all stairs railings for proper operation

- Inspect roof covering for wear, tear & signs of leaks (with drone)

November:
- Replace HVAC filters
