We specialize in small- to medium-sized repairs in the City of Boston and the North Shore of Boston.
It could be wood rot repair one day, tiling a bathroom the next, then patching drywall, painting, installing crown molding, assembling a desk, hanging a mirror or repairing a deck, etc..
We are NOT THUMBTACK, TAKL, AMAZON or any of the LEAD GENERATION RIP-OFFS charging you PER LEAD.
These are REAL jobs with a REAL company, with an established, successful, and professional reputation.
We are looking for you to join our team for the long term!
We BELIEVE in building long lasting relationships.
Some of our customers have been with us for over fourteen years.
We're looking for people who want a well-trained office staff to book their jobs for them, provide support, and who don't want to do free estimates for tire-kickers looking for a Groupon deal.
In other words, we're looking for the best in the industry who want to do their best work and be treated with the respect they deserve.
We want expert handymen with at least FIVE years of professional trade experience, who can also do basic repair work; drywall, tile, painting, doors, windows, and much more.
You get to look forward to something new every week!
Typical hours are Monday-Friday: 8 am - 4 pm
Saturdays: optional because family always likes to see us, too!
Sundays: CLOSED
We pay between $20.00 - $40.00 per hour as long as...
PEOPLE WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Clean cut
- Friendly and personable attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Take pride in doing the job the right way for our upscale residential and commercial clients.
- Make no excuses and no BS.
- FIVE YEARS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. *Working in a bank for five years while you do home improvement at your Auntie’s house on the weekends doesn't count. Sorry.
- Must be drug-free, and be able to pass our background check. That means no criminal history.
- A vehicle with insurance.
- You will need your own tools and any ladders, or staging needed to complete repairs.
We're only looking for the best to join us, because honestly, we have a lot of amazing clients with homes that need help.
Our clients and their homes and/or businesses are super important to us.
We really will check references and previous jobs. We will also do a background check.
